Clue #1

Hello, and welcome to your very first clue!
We know that you’re smart, so you’ll know what to do.
There’s a Penguin who’s hiding, with something to share.
But first you will need to uncover its lair.
A great theatre hunt! We’re excited, are you?
Well ready or not, here’s your first clue:
Go to the page (you’ll get this one fast)
Where you would research Penguin Shows Past!
Scroll through our shows and find witches three.
Click to see where your next clue might be.

Clue #1 (BONUS)

One more hint; it’s a play Shakespeare penned.
But say it out loud and your good luck will end.
Within the info for the show (you must click to learn more)
A button you’ll find. Click to see what’s in store!
Please click on the image for the Scottish Play,
The button on the page will show you the way!

Clue #2

Mackers! Mac-B! The Scottish Play!
You completed clue 1, but we’ve got more to say.
Our team here at Penguin has a mission, you see.
Go find it, and BAM, a link there will be.
The link will be hidden, so don’t look to fast.
Click on the word that’s opposite of “past”.

Clue #2 (BONUS)

Need some more help? A hint for this stage:
The mission you seek, is on the About Us page.
Can’t find the word? We made this one tough.
I’ll give you one clue, so you can get on with this stuff.
Fill in the blank, (please don’t be shy)
Back to the ___, with Marty McFly.

Clue #3

Gee wiz! Goodness wow! You’re certainly clever.
This hunt has been quite the endeavor.
Go to the spot, where you’ll find our team,
A big “Thanks” you’ll find at the bottom of your screen.
Scroll down to our Special Thanks, (but feel free to explore)
And there you’ll find the link to CLUE 4.

Clue #3 (BONUS)

An extra clue is needed? That’s perfectly fine!
Everyone needs extra help sometimes!
People and Partners is the page that you seek.
Our humans are there, if you give them a peak.
You’ll see “Penguin Special Thanks” at the bottom of the page
And a button is there, going to the next stage.

Clue #4

Holy moly! This is great! You are almost done!
We certainly hope that you’re having fun.
This next one is tricky, so don’t feel too tossed.
We have a program where people get lost;
Penguins in nature, with dirt and the trees.
We take outdoor places, and pen plays about these.
Find out the page for a program we’re doing.
Not hiking, but plays, that you could be viewing.
The link is hidden all among the pictures and text,
I’ve got a good feeling that you’ll find what comes next.

Clue #4 (BONUS 1)

More help? I get it. This one is hard.
The link that you seek is there, and it is starred.
If you wanna uncover what the Penguin will say,
You’ll need to click on the icon. Okay?

Clue #4 (BONUS 2)

One more clue? OK. That’s cool, fine, and neat.
You’re on to me, though. You don’t miss a beat.
The star in the text (it’s next to the date)
Is the link you’re needing to get through the gate.

Clue #5

Clue #5 (BONUS)

You got it! You found me! The very last clue.
This one is difficult, but then you’ll be through.
This next one is really hard, so feel free to skip me.
Just click this button, and at the end you'll be.
But if you want to stick with us for one final clue,
we've got a really tough one for you.
The tricky thing here is that there are steps you must follow.
Use this clue, and you won’t need to wallow.
Because we have Zoom, and no show is live,
We stream all our plays so that theatre will thrive.
A book by Jane Austen was made to a play.
Go to the stream, and then Elizabeth will say...
43:54, is the time that you require.
Lizzie will say three words, memorize them if you desire.
Take the three words that Elizabeth utters,
and add them to the link (no spaces. That clutters).
Put the link in your browser, and off you’ll go!
This hunt has been wild, but on with the show!

We know this clue can be a tad confusing.
We’ll give you some help so you don’t end up losing.
But for the sake of examples, I’m gonna stop rhyming.
It’s for both our benefit... so don’t be sighing.

STEP ONE: Find the stream of the hinted production. Go to time stamp 43:54
STEP TWO: Write down three words that the character of Elizabeth says. I will provide an example, but these are not the actual words.
     EX: ELIZABETH: “I have change.”
STEP THREE: Take those three words and combine them so that they become one word. No CAPS. No spaces.
EX: I have change -> ihavechange
STEP FOUR: Take the combined word, and plug it into the blank space in the link I provided you.
     EX: http://penguinproductionsseattle.org/ihavechange.html.
STEP FIVE: Copy and paste that link into your browser. It should direct you to the final page with the Penguin. If it does not, go and ensure that there are no caps, or spaces in your URL, and that the ending of the URL is “.html”

Go find the Penguin’s home! It’s cute and it’s fun.
Copy it’s words, and our challenge you’ll have won.

The End

You've found the home
of our sweet Penguin friend!
I guess that means that
this is the end!
Now that you're done
and proven you're a wiz,
it's time to reveal that
your codeword is:
"Flightless Bird"
