Sara Albertson is a Seattle native who graduated in the class of 2018 from St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN. She grew up in Shana's youth program and has learned many important values from her, like the importance of inclusion, acceptance, community, imagination, and much more!
She recently graduated from St. Olaf with a major in Theater and Psychology with a Concentration in Management. At St. Olaf she had the opportunity to be a Class Assistant in many intro to theater classes including Acting for Non Majors, Intro to Directing, and Intro to Theater. She was also on the student theater board as the production manager and had the opportunity to produce a whole theater season including directing her own show (The Complete Works of Shakespeare Abridged).
After returning to Seattle, Sara has had the pleasure of interning at Seattle Children’s Theatre, and is excited to start at the Seattle Repertory Theatre this fall as the intern for the education department.
Currently, she is working on pressuring her goal to empowering youth through theater and using art to help foster community. Theater has been a part of her life since kindergarten and she is excited to help others discover the magic of storytelling.
